I am so glad that you visited my school where I spent 10 yrs for my schooling. I was in that school right around 90s. We had quality education the time that we were there and it really made sad knowing the current facts of my school. Thanks for updating and trying to help there.

hello amy, loved reading your interview. i was on the second trip and a lot of the things you mention ring true with me. i would love to go back too, i agree it was a totally life changing event and i totally know what you mean about going back with your mum. it's difficult to explain to family just what the experience was. like you, i'm now saying to people that it is really special but they have to experience it for themselves.

hopefully see you at the re-union in march!

The toilets will be another thing that will stay with us for but at least we were luckier than the first group. Marianne and Ronnies interviews were great.Dollie still talks about the trek and the funny stories that she remembers. Dollie went to a wedding dance the night we arrived back in Inverness and was more popular than the bride with all her news.

Hito all the Nepal trek team, this is me once again going over the photos with a smile as I remember all the fun times and moments that we had. I try to explain to people about the experience that we all had and the closeness of the team, but i feel that i can never do it justice. I am having a panic as I am praying for the snow to go so I can get to my next trip as I leave on Sunday for Vietnam. But what ever my next trip holds it will never be the same as the Nepal trek and the great people that myself and Dollie met. I hope use all have a great year a head and look forward to meeting use all again x

I was fortunate enough not to require Sarita's medical services, so I'd actually forgotten she was there in a professional capacity - she slotted in as 'one of the gang' approximately 5 mins after we met her! A little lady with a huge personality.. and she managed to look absolutely beautiful whilst us mortals looked like we'd been dragged through a hedge!! Best wishes Sarita. Mx
